Step 3: You spend zero on ads.
That is on us. No sponsored posts on your card, no click bills, no surprises.
Step 4: Every candidate gets screened.
Every candidate fills out our screening form and sends a photo of their license. We check it.
If they do not qualify, you never hear their name.
Step 5: You get a one-page profile.
For the ones who do qualify: experience, trade, license, start date. One page, everything you need to decide if he is worth an interview.
Step 6: You interview. You decide.
