Fair Questions

What do you get when you hire us

What is the catch?

There is not one. The machine is already built, so we do not need a cut of his salary. You pay for results, not hope, and the full breakdown of what it costs comes on the call and in the video on this site, before you commit to anything.

What if the candidates are junk?

Then you do not hire them, and you do not pay. You only ever get people who passed screening and a license check. Interviewing someone and saying no costs you a short conversation, nothing else.

I already use a recruiter.

Keep them. Just compare what you paid last time. Then compare what you got for it: screened candidates, a license check, follow-up after the hire, and a free replacement if he leaves before 90 days.

I will just keep posting my own ads.

You can. You will pay for every click, screen every applicant yourself, and the truck sits the whole time. If that is working, keep doing it. If the truck is still sitting, that is the math to look at.

Do you have techs ready in my area?

No, and be careful with anyone who tells you they do. We do not keep a bench of techs sitting around waiting. We go find them in your market when you hire us: post your job where your techs look, pull resumes, and reach out to people who are not looking yet. Our live proof is a Charlotte shop, where the first qualified applicant came in the same night the ads went up.

Who is this for?

Owners of service and trade companies who have work and trucks, and not enough techs to run them. If you are turning down jobs for lack of people, this was built for you.

What do I need for the call?

Your two numbers: what one tech brings in per year at your shop, and your margin. We do the rest of the math together on the call.
